14-day Original Boot Camp
Cindie will lead you through your unique boot camp routine - - A customized exercise program, combining a mixture of cardio body-sculpting and light to moderate weight resistance/ strength training, using everything from stability balls and dumbbells to BOSU’s, kettle bells and your own body for resistance. Your endurance will be tested (and improved) as you follow the cardio program outlined for you by Cindie. 14-Day Boot Camps meet 4-5 times per week for 2 weeks either in-person and Zoom online. The new Body Force Boot Camp meets for either 2 weeks or 4 weeks, 4-5 sessions per week. All classes have a 5 - 10 minute warm-up, 45-50 minutes workout, and a 10 minute cool down & stretch.

All Boot Camps put a large emphasis on accountability. You will be held accountable to show up and put 100% effort into the entire program.

3. Accountability is the DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUCCESS AND FAILURE.
Since the boot camps are a group workout a lot of the accountability exercises will be done as a group. That way you become accountable not only to yourself but also to your group.
2-week Body Force Camp & 4-week Body Force Camp
Not everyone feels comfortable starting off with a boot camp program. Cindie’s personal training services can help clients of all abilities, and with any physical limitations, reach their fitness goals. You will receive undivided attention. It is a great opportunity to really focus on form and have all your questions answered regarding nutrition and exercise.
What you put INTO your body is responsible for 80% of your overall results. Cindie's nutritional plan is tailored to your specific needs, goals, and wants. During the 4 week plan there will be weekly meetings and daily accountability. She will work closely with you to fine tune an eating plan that is reasonable, sustainable and will get you to your goal and keep you there.
Body Force is the newest addition of the camps that Quick-2-Fit has to offer. Cindie has teamed up with AJ Farina to give you the ultimate boot camp workout. AJ has over 10 years experience in personal training and mixed martial arts. He will bring a brand new know-how to the boot camp workout. His focus will be on boxing, kickboxing, and self defense all in the form of a low-impact, cardio driven, fun and energetic workout. Body Force Boot Camps will run for either 2 or 4 weeks. Cindie has over 35 years experience in the fitness industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Springfield College. In addition, Cindie is certified by NASM, TRX, and Pound Rockout Workout.
