ABOUT Cindie

Cindie is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified TRX Specialist, and a POUND Rockout Workout Certified Instructor. She is certified in CPR, First Aid and Post-Rehab Exercise. Her training style is best described as fitness fusion. Combining her personal background in dance and body-building with her professional experience in strength training and cardiovascular fitness, Cindie is committed to creating a work out experience that is fun, challenging and efficient.

While still in high school, Cindie began her career as a personal trainer at Body Shapers Gym in Westborough, Massachusetts. Afer earning her BS in Exercise Science from Springfield College in 1994, Cindie spent 12 years working in the intensely competitive California fitness industry. First as a fitness supervisor at Sports Club LA for 2 years, and then for 10 years as the owner of her own Personal Training Gym in Newport Beach, CA - one of the first gyms of its kind to focus on one-on-one training. In 2007 Cindie moved to Barrington to be closer to family. Since then, Cindie has taken hundreds of successful clients through her Boot Camps, Maintenance Program, and private training sessions.
